Booking a counselling session couldn't be easier. You can book a counselling session in 4 simple steps.

Choose a session type

I offer face to face counselling sessions, telephone counselling sessions and online counselling sessions via Zoom, so you can choose a session type that suits you and your availability.

Book your appointment

To book a counselling session, simply pick a session of your choice from the calendar.

Pay for your appointment

When you have chosen your session type and selected a slot from the calendar, you'll be taken to my secure payment system.  Once payment has been received, your session is secured and you'll then shortly receive a confirmation email.

Your consultation

After your session is confirmed, I will contact you directly to arrange a free initial consultation.  This will give us the opportunity to outline what you would like to focus on in the counselling session and identify the areas you feel need the most attention.

Effective counselling helps relieve distress, build resilience, improve self-esteem, and ultimately improve lives.

Secure

Your counselling session is protected by the same security used for online banking and encrypted between you and your counsellor, with no 3rd party systems involved.
